Jennifer Holladay, LMFT

CERTIFIED EFT THERAPIST

Jennifer is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a heart for relationships. She believes that being able to sit with people as they walk through their journey is a gift. Her passion is helping to strengthen relationships and make space for people and families to connect and heal on a deeper level. Jennifer cares deeply, she is approachable, genuine, and sensitive. Some of her specialties include adoption, spirituality, communication, infidelity, and emotional safety.

  • Jennifer and her husband met in college and have been married for over 25 years. Together they have three wonderful teenage and adult children and a playful German Shepherd. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, hiking, being outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

  • Over the past 25 years, she has worked with people in many different seasons of life. Jennifer began her career working with teenagers. Through this work, she recognized the need for working with the whole family unit. While working with family dynamics, she began to see the need to work with the start of the family, the couple. Helping couples connect allows them to have deeper relationships with their children, therefore strengthening the whole family.

  • Jennifer graduated from Pfeiffer University at Charlotte in 2015 with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since that time, she has specialized in working with couples through regular sessions and weekend intensives using Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT). She has completed advanced training in EFT and has been granted Certified status by The International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy. She has also completed EFT training specifically for families and individuals (EFFT). Additional training was completed for pre-marital therapy through the Prepare and Enrich program.
